End User License Agreement

Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading or using Media Player or any add-ons or extensions associated with the Media Player software platform.
By clicking the “I Agree” button, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the “I Agree.”
License
Thorstream Media Player is not affiliated with Media Player in any way and does not encourage or support the use of any unauthorized add-ons or extensions. Thorstream Media Player does not encourage or support the access of copyrighted materials without permission or licensure by the holders of such copyrights.
Thorstream Media Player grants no licenses for the use and access of copyrighted materials nor provides any warranties as to the licensure of content or materials accessed using Thorstream Media Player or any software being run on the Thorstream Media Player device, whether pre-loaded or downloaded by the user.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the software contained on the Thorstream Media Player device at the time of purchase.
use this Thorstream Media Player device to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, access, view, download, or proliferate copyrighted materials without permission or licensure by the holders of such copyrights.
Modifications to Software
Thorstream Media Player reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the software or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Thorstream Media Player is not liable for malfunctions, errors, or interruptions in service experienced by the user subsequent to user’s installation of any software onto the Thorstream Media Player device.
Thorstream Media Player is not liable for any copyright infringement, circumvention, or violation committed by the end user in connection with his or her use of this Thorstream Media Player device.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Thorstream Media Player.
Thorstream Media Player may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Thorstream Media Player, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Thorstream Media Player device.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement
Thorstream Media Player reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
